Maintenance Guide for Granule Packing Machine
Daily Maintenance:
1. Clean residual materials in hopper and feeding inlet to prevent blockage.
2. Check conveyor belt for deviation, cracks and winding debris.
3. Keep weight sensors free of heavy materials to guarantee accurate weighing.
4. Inspect sewing machine and sealing parts, refill sewing oil as needed.
5. Run the machine without load for 30 seconds before formal operation.
